Sempra Eyes Baja for LNG Terminal

Sempra and other firms are studying sites in northern Baja California for
construction of one or more LNG terminals.  Fast growing economies in
Southern California and Baja need additional gas supplies, but some say the
LNG terminals, if built, will be too late.  Other pipeline projects
bringing gas from the Rockies and San Juan Basin will already be in place.
